It's a mermaid-ish-thingie! Now what else can I say? The frilly bits were fun to draw! And the hair was a bit of a pain... I decided to try something a little different with the eyes this time.
Whatcha think? I hope I didn't go too spaztastic with the bubbles... Yay bubbles!
